Clients / Wet Paint Printing + Design

Every young professional wants a work environment that fosters creative thinking and a balanced work ethic. This 33,000 s.f. building was used for cabinetry production for years before it was abandoned and stripped of its electrical wiring by vandals. After replacing the electrical service and bringing the sprinkler system up to code the owner was able restore the factory for his printing and sign business. After successfully operating out of this address for a year he determined that the second floor was in need for an upgrade. The expansive windows were replaced and all of the interior partitions were demolished. The exterior walls were insulated and new sheet rock provided a blank canvas for this new executive office suite. The space is equipped with a shower, a kitchen and ceramic tile plank floors throughout. All work and no play makes Steve a dull boy.
