Union Street

Transforming this former hardware store into a multi-use hair salon and flooring store was an exciting metamorphosis. The flooring showroom required high-end finishes, such as ceramic tile and exotic wood flooring. The salon also benefited from similar lavish treatments. The overall experience was a success for both tenants. This project required a change in occupancy, zoning variances, parking lot replacement, demolition to a neighboring structure and a new 3-bay garage conversion.
